Scientific claims are grounded in our published work: EP 4 481 364 B1 is granted; EP 4 636 386 A1 is in examination, with the US national phase pending. Reference figures such as our CO₂-from-water datum — where our in-situ method reads 22.3 wt% held inside the working solid while the conventional gravimetric method, weighing the whole system from the outside, under-reads it at 17.1 wt% — are proof-of-mechanism, not per-field guarantees.
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but we are always willing to resolve concerns directly.
