Who provides this website and the Sorpmetrics service, and how to reach us.

Sorpmetrics is a technology-transfer project originating from research at UPV/EHU, and it is working towards incorporation. Hugo Macedo provides the service in the meantime. As the company takes shape, its details will appear here and on our invoices. Anything legal or contractual is best sent to legal@sorpmetrics.com, which reaches us wherever that has got to.
Hugo Macedo is responsible for the content of this website. Scientific claims are grounded in our published work: EP 4 481 364 B1 is granted, and EP 4 636 386 A1 is at EPO Rule 71(3) Notice of Intention to Grant, with the US national phase pending. Take our CO₂-from-water datum. Our in-situ method reads 22.3 wt% held inside the working solid, while the conventional gravimetric method, weighing the whole system from the outside, under-reads it at 17.1 wt%. That figure proves the mechanism. It says what the measurement can see, and it promises nothing about what any one field will yield.
